Pneuma Group acquired and revitalised SIX, the iconic rooftop restaurant at the Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art overlooking Newcastle’s Quayside and the River Tyne.

Through our subsidiary Pneuma Hospitality, we invested in extensive refurbishments that modernised the restaurant and bar spaces, introducing an open kitchen and fresh interior design, all while enhancing the dining experience for guests.

The restaurant’s team, led by Pneuma Hospitality Group’s Divisional Director Greg Lambert, prioritises innovative, accessible fine dining and champions local, organic produce.
